Update LW-67 info.json (#16788) 
* Update info.json

Fixed:
-ISO Enter Position
-Up Arrow Position
-PgDn Position

Cause of Error:
-Keyboard Layout Editor Places Iso Enter on R1 Rather Than R2 like the ANSI Enter

* Update info.json

Fixed Compile Error to Previous Change

LW67

A 65% Keyboard with a LHS rotary encoder, made and sold by Laneware Peripherals.

Bootloader

Enter the bootloader in 3 ways:
